With nearly 30 years of counselling experience, Rick is glad to offer guidance and encouragement from God’s Word to help address personal needs arising from relationships, marriage, family, addiction, crisis, grief and loss.

The goal of Biblical counselling is to provide encouragement and direction that induces the heart of the counselee to embrace and trust God for the strength to make life changes in light of the sufficiency of the Scriptures.  Thus, Biblical counselling is work – with the desired result being true heart change.  This begins with salvation and is followed by a meaningful, intentional and joyous life of faith/rest in the promises and assurance afforded to the Christian.

All counselling is free and confidential* and will be by appointment only.

*Client disclosure of intent to harm oneself or another is governed by Ontario Statute under laws on mandatory reporting.   In such cases, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed by clergy.
